You can select one or more titles or graphics and change the start time, end time, or durations (see Editing title or graphic timing).
To select a title or graphic

In the timeline, click on the titles or graphics in the timeline.

In the preview, click on any visible title or graphic in the preview.
Titles and graphics are rendered in the preview only. If you have a title or graphic selected that is not visible at the current scrubber position, it will only appear as a green box. Furthermore, in- and out- effects are not applied while using the scrubber in the timeline. They only appear during previews and in the rendered video.
