Gathering media into one location

You can gather all of your media such as photos and music files into a single directory. This makes it easy to archive your project.

To gather media into one location

  1. Open the document for which you want to gather/consolidate media.

  2. Choose File → Gather Media... to begin the process.

  3. You will be asked to select a folder into which to gather the media. Two sub-folders will be created in the folder you select: Photos and Audio.

  4. Photo to Movie will now copy all of your media files into the selected folder. Be sure to make sure there is enough space available on your disk. Once the process is complete, you'll be asked to re-save your document so that it reflects the new location of the media.
